The majority of sloped roofs on commercial buildings and condominiums were constructed with under sized gutter & downspouts systems.  This presents potential problems which include improper drainage, rot to fascia boards, gutter overflow, ice back up in gutters and rainwater flowing over the gutters. Properly sized gutters and downspouts will eliminate these problems.
