A Perfection is an 18″ shingle and is the most popular shingle used. It is used for roofing and siding. A lot of times for siding it can be rejoined and rebutted or here at S&W we smooth butt our perfections giving it a uniform look without the price of an R&R.
Yellow Cedar is a great alternative to Red. It weathers very uniformly into a silver/grey colour and is a harder more durable wood. Putting yellow on your roof is a definite way to stand out in your neighbourhood!!
