PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Shingles are sawn on both sides and have a relatively smooth face and back. The trade name “Five X” refers to all cedar shingles that are 16 inches in length. The term comes from the butts of five 16" shingles placed together to equal 2 inches. The reduced exposure of shingles obtains a true 3-ply roofing system.
Shingles are used for both roofing and siding applications. Available in Western Red Cedar & Alaskan Yellow Cedar.
